Tens Unit Handheld Electronic Pulse Massager

Okay, I was skeptical and a bit nervous at first. The idea of electric pulse just sounds scary, but it works. It's also surprisingly easy to use. It comes with 4 AAA batteries, 4 pads, wires and a controller. 

The device is preset for 15 minute sessions, which then turns off automatically. The pads have a sticky adhesive backing, but doesn't leave any residue. There are two dials, one on each side of the remote to adjust intensity.

I like the fact that you can adjust the intensity separately, which ranges from 0-10. I prefer it softer on the shoulders opposed to my lower back. I have accidentally hit the dial a few times, which felt pretty intense. So start off low, and avoid turning the dial up by accident. I received a discount in exchange for my honest review.
