I love everything green tea and this matcha powder is quality stuff. This comes in a resealable bag and the powder is very fine, so it blends well with other ingredients. I love the grassy green tea taste that comes through, not sweet nor bitter but very balanced. It's also a beautiful vibrant green color. This is a culinary grade matcha powder (also organic, btw), so it works well for baking but not so much as a tea brew. It will be overly bitter when drank as tea. This is very easy to use though, just add one to two tablespoon to any recipe. It's that simple to reap the benefits of matcha. I used a chocolate chip cookie recipe and added two tablespoons of this powder to make matcha cookies. It's also a great addition to a kale smoothie. I'm planning to make a matcha cheesecake next.
