The Alisten PowerPort 6 is a great charging port with lots of features.
The thing that stands out is that it has a USB-C port. It's a new technology that has just recently gone public. It is only used in a few devices like the newest Macbook. This tells me that the PowerPort is advance and modern. It's future proof and I like that. No ones currently use USB-C though.
That's only one of great features. It has 5 other normal USB plugs that everyone uses, and you can charge 5 device at the same time. It has a smart feature that automatically detects your device and provides sufficient power. I've tested it on my phone and tablet at the same time and both were charged at appropriate speeds!
The device is lightweight and compact. Iphone 5s provided for size comparison. Easy to bring around wherever you go. It's amazing for parties, as everyone nowadays use smartphones and they constantly need charging. With 1 or 2 of these you can charge 5-10 phones at the same time. Very convenient. You don't have to worry about damaging your device as the port has 3 types of protection built in. For overcharging, short-circuiting and over-voltage.
One small problem is the blue led is bright. It's tiny, but it can blind someone for a second if pointed in their direction. The cables plug in snugly but it sticks out a bit, shouldn't be a problem though.

Overall I am very pleased with the charging port, and I highly recommend anyone who owns more than one device. It frees up a lot of ports in your outlet!
